What are the shipping costs? For orders over €100.00, we offer free shipping within Germany. For orders under €100.00, we charge a flat rate of €4.95.

How long does delivery take? Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

How can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. Simply send us an email to support@küchengeist.com.

Products & Collections

Are the air fryers dishwasher safe? Most of our air fryer models have removable baskets with a non-stick coating that are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing to maximize the longevity of the coating.

Which coffee pods or beans fit the machines? You can find precise details in our product descriptions. We carry both portafilter machines for whole beans and specialized capsule systems. Please check the compatibility notes on the respective product page.

How often do I need to change the filter in my kitchen vacuum cleaner? For optimal suction power, we recommend cleaning or replacing the HEPA filter every 3–6 months, depending on frequency of use.

Is there a warranty on the appliances? Yes, all Küchengeist technical appliances come with the statutory warranty of 2 years.

Which payment methods are accepted? We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and convenient invoice purchase via Klarna.
